Singing and Worship |
The Sunday morning service normally opens with singing, Scripture reading, or Prayer. This is usually followed with the song service of hymns and / or choruses.Following or sometimes during the song service the congregation will join in in prayer and worship to God. It is not unusual for individuals to pray and sing aloud during these times (Psalm 30:4; 96:1-9; Ephesians 5:19, 20). |

Guests and Missionaries |
|
Our Missions ministry often invites
guest speakers to minister to our congregation.
Spreading
the gospel to every nation and bringing the praise reports back to us serve as
an inspiration to continue our good works through giving. |

Special Music |
In the service there will be special music. It could be a choir number, duet, solo, ensemble or instrumental.

This too is a form of worship.

The Message |
Usually following prayer is the pastor's sermon taken from the Scriptures.
Preaching in the Assemblies of God can best be described as dynamic, as the Holy Spirit is given freedom to move and set the spiritual tone of the service(Matthew 10:7; Mark 16:15; Acts 10:42) |

Congregational Prayer |
At some point there will be a corporate prayer where the church prays for the
needs of the congregation. The sick may be anointed with oil and prayed for at this time (James 5:14-16) |

A Time of Commitment |
After the sermon, a time of dedication and prayer at
the altars allows people to accept Christ as Savior or pray for needs and concerns in their lives(Acts 26:18; Ephesians 4:23; Psalm 25:16-18; 34:17-19) |
