Before the Griffin’s started their pastorship at The Firehouse Church here in San Leandro, they were members with us here at CLC for a period of about 18 months until the Lord lead them to start their own ministry at The Firehouse Church. Clint and Billie Ruth have had many years of ministry experience before their pastorship at The Firehouse Church. From being raised in a home of an evangelist, to being Associate Pastors, to Senior Pastors, and have recently decided to come back to serve on staff as Associate Pastors here at CLC as of January of 2013.


    Reverand Griffin is such an anointed teacher with an strong emphasis on Marriage and Family, as well as Evangelism. He is available for speaking engagements. Our Pastors

    Pastors David and Sherry Calcagno have been Senior Pastors of Christian Life Church in San Leandro, CA since 1997. They both graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, OK in 1989. David has also furthered his education with the Assemblies of God, and has received his Ordination Credentials with the General Council of the Assemblies of God in 1999. Sherry is also an Ordained Minister of the gospel. She holds credentials with Rhema Ministerial Association International in Broken Arrow, OK. Sherry is not only anointed to minister the word of God to men, women and children. She is capable of handling the administrative duties of the church. Sherry is also the founder and administrator of Noah’s Ark Preschool. Which is a ministry of Christian Life Church.


    Pastors David and Sherry are committed to helping people grow in their knowledge and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, and to reach their full potential in their relationship with God, through the practical preaching and teaching of God's Word.

Christian Life Church provides many area’s of opportunity of ministry to it’s families and community. Which is accomplished by faithful men and women of CLC who provide these various area’s of ministries such as praise and worship, children’s church, usher’s and greeters, grounds and housekeeping, food distribution, videoagraphy and sound, live streaming, photography and web design, as well as others.
